TOEM 2 regions
TOEM 2 travels Homelanda, Cropten, Taletorp, and Deltburg, then whatever waits beyond — including The Whirling Birch Bloom named in Experience TOEM. Stamps punch the bus ticket between stops. This hub is the map of named towns, the studio that built them, and the soundtrack cues that already print those names on an official track list. Steam Deck is Verified, and the US list price is $19.99 with a 15 percent launch discount.
The bus order
Soundtrack copy and Steam achievements agree on four town names in this order: Homelanda, Cropten, Taletorp, Deltburg. Homey Happenings, Flourishing Fulfillment, Rural Retreat, and Waterway Wanderer are the four 'complete every quest here' cards. That is the official spine of the trip.
Homelanda has no separate preview article the way Cropten, Taletorp, and Deltburg do. It is still a named region: the opening hometown, the first soundtrack cues, and the place community walkthroughs start with Nana handing over the camera before the bus to Cropten.
Beyond Deltburg is not a fifth town card on Steam. Experience TOEM names The Whirling Birch Bloom. Guide sites sometimes add Whirlhill. The four stamped towns stay as links, and the Bloom stays the unnamed beyond.
Soundtrack titles already print Cropten, Taletorp, and Deltburg. Homelanda is named on Homey Happenings and on the album order rather than a track title. That is enough to board in that sequence. Guide-named Whirlhill is not a Let’s Explore post and is not a Steam quest card.
Homelanda, the opening hometown
Homelanda is where the sneakers get tied. Steam never posted a 'Let's Explore Homelanda' news item, but Homey Happenings exists, Make Toast lives here, and the soundtrack opens with Life Outside and Dreams of Adventures Past in the same album that later names Cropten and Taletorp in track titles.
Community walkthroughs start with Nana and the camera, then the bus. That is observed, not a studio character sheet. Use it as a starting ritual: take the camera, stamp the first requests, toast if you want the 67.1 percent achievement, then spend stamps on Cropten.
Because Homelanda is the tutorial town in practice, skip-optional here only if you know you will come back. Clothing pieces and photo frames that appear early are easy to leave behind, and Playing Dressup is the rarest Steam task.
Make Toast lives in Homelanda at 67.1 percent. Community walkthroughs start with Nana handing over the camera. Take the camera, stamp the first requests, toast if you want that row, then spend stamps on Cropten. Clothing found here is easy to leave behind and painful for Playing Dressup later.
Cropten, Taletorp, Deltburg
Something We Made posted Let's Explore articles for the three later towns. Cropten is quiet farmland: chickens, a cloth-cutting workshop, homemade jam. Taletorp is carpentry, artisanal potions, and tavern LARP. Deltburg is a quaint town with plumbing issues, an aquarium, a comedy show, and sewers. The Steam demo is a taste of Deltburg.
Open the dedicated pages when you need jobs, not slogans. Cropten is where scissors likely earn their keep. Taletorp holds Rage Room. Deltburg holds Scholar, Picking It Up, Waterway Wanderer, and the demo-versus-launch patch split.
The announcement teaser is early-development motion. It is useful for tone, not for a stop-by-stop itinerary. Prefer the Let's Explore posts and the achievement names when you plan the bus.

Which region should I open first?
Homelanda. It is the opening hometown, it has the Homey Happenings quest card, and every community walkthrough that exists starts there. Cropten is the first official preview stop after the bus. You cannot skip the stamp gate by reading ahead.
Is the demo a different region?
No. The free Steam demo is a slice of Deltburg, published June 6, 2026 as app 4694330. Demo patch notes stay on the demo. Launch-day Deck/Linux repair and the next-day Deltburg hotfixes belong to the full game.
